Where are you located and what cities do you serve?

PrideBride serves Jabodetabek and Indonesia. Our main office is located in Bogor, West Java. We always love the opportunity to travel and work with new venues and event pros both domestic and nationally.

How long have you been in business?
PrideBride was estabilished in 2020 in Bogor, West Java. Our team has coordinated more than 100 weddings since! Over the years we have expanded our services across Indonesia with 20+ team members to help plan your perfect day.
 
We are well―known by our peers for going the extra mile, executing intricate and smooth events, and being an advocate for our clients.
When does planning start?

Regardless of the package you book, we’re always ready to start the planning as soon as possible! Once you have signed you contract, you will be connected with your planner and get started right away.

How does my planner get assigned to me?

Planner assigments are generally considered by personalities and venue. Our priority is to make planning a top-notch experience for everyone involved so you have a solid relationship with your planner.

Other details that come into play are availabilty, wedding day and services type. Remember, we handle the wedding ourselves―no outsourcing.

What happens if my planner is sick on the day of my event?
If your planner is unable to be attend your wedding day, a replacement coordinator will be provided to step in and facilitate the event at no additional cost.
Will you be there on the wedding day?
Absolutely! All packages include time on-site with your coordination team. The amount of time on-site will vary depending on your wedding day, but you can count on your coordinator to facilitate your ceremony rehearsal as well.
What form of payment do you accept?
Invoices can be paid via Bank Transfer, Virtual Bank Account, Credit card, Bridestory pay, Kredivo and E-Wallet
(DANA, GOPAY, OVO, Shopeepay, etc)
What is your team’s protocol if something like covid happens again?

Our team has found that the time it takes to coordinate a postponement is significantly more than you would think between coordinating every vendor’s schedule with yours and keeping up with statewide mandates. We hope and pray that another shutdown isn’t in the future.

Will I still have control over my wedding if I hire your team?

100% yes! Our team is here to bring your vision to life (or help you create one from scratch) and assist in the most helpful ways possible for you and assists in locating, booking, and managing vendors. You will always have the final say in any and all elements of the event day!

Can I use my own vendors?

We are always happy to offer vendor recommendations as needed, but you are never required to use specific vendors we suggest That being said, the event pros we reccomend are tried and true. We’ve had positive experiences with them and can vouch based on multiple experiences.
