- Drafting rundowns and necessary texts
- Vendor management
- One family meeting
- Final meeting with all vendors
- Minutes of Meeting (MOM) for each appointment
On the Event Day:
- 8 fully equipped crew members, including:
- 1 bride’s assistant
- 1 family assistant
- 1 stage manager
- 1 MC’s assistant
- 1 stopper in and out
- 1 VIP area assistant
- 1 runner area assistant
- 1 main gate area assistant
- 10 hours of dedicated service
- Crew equipped with communication tools, uniforms & laptops.
